RO Innovation enables clients to efficiently manage, protect and leverage the Reference data in their sales and marketing process. The SAAS platform provides clients the ability to move their data from spreadsheet and disparate data sources into a centralized, searchable library of customer reference data and content. It integrates with all major CRMs including SalesForce.com and Microsoft Dynamics thereby supporting the two-way flow of reference data to impact sales and track marketing ROI. The Data Management Specialists is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data and is involved with all aspects of customer data; importing, transforming and exporting to ensure the platform and client data is correct and meets all expectations.

Role and Responsibilities:

·      Create/manage ETL processes for all client data sets

·      Sets up file import and export specs including export error logs

·      Runs ad-hoc analysis reports

·      Answers data questions from internal customers about the features and capabilities schema

·      Set-up basic UI functionality by leveraging table driven functionality and HTML

·      Assists with client integrations on questions or issues they may encounter before and during go live with respect to data

·      Solves a range of data related questions/problems

·      Analyzes possible solutions using discretion, skills and knowledge of procedures

·      Responds to situations where support cannot resolve issues regarding data, settings, or implementation with the software. May also be involved in customer escalations

 Minimum Requirements

 2 years experience providing data related support to customers and/or internal teams

Critical Skills

 ·      Experience in SQL Management Studio

·      2-4 years SQL experience (MS SQL Server,  MySQL, or Microsoft Access)

·      Experience with high volume data and relational databases

·      Clean and ensure accuracy and integrity of data

·      Ability to work in multiple systems to ensure all data information is accurate and complete

·      Business intelligence (BI) reporting - Knowledge of reporting and query tools (ad-hoc analysis reports)

·      Knowledge of HTML and Java script

·      Creation of testing scenarios and UAT processes

·      Technical documentation skills

·      Excellent organizational and communication skills

·      Strong Customer Service skills

·      Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

·      Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

·      The ability to make recommendations to gain efficiency in existing processes

·      Must be able to pass a background check

 

Education

BS Degree in one of the following subject areas preferred: Computer Science or Information Technology. A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience will be considered.
