As a member of our support team, you will work directly with our enthusiastic members and core teams within Craftsy to improve our members experience.  Interactions with members include (but are certainly not limited to) helping with technical issues including site navigation, digital and eCommerce orders, payment processing, class content inquires, and support using features of our platform. You will also be a key player in working with other internal teams to act upon feedback you hear each day to fix bugs, add innovative new features, and improve the product.
 
As a Customer Support Associate, you will:
  • Have a passion for people
  • Help members through various channels (including email and phones)

  • Manage multiple systems including Zendesk, google sites and docs, our internal admin, and other external web based apps
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to improve Craftsy
