Customer Success Operations Specialist

The CommercialTribe Customer Success Operations Specialist role is a great opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience who is looking to support a team servicing complex enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CS Account Management Team across all accounts – tasks to include, but not limited to:
- Manage and update user information
- Generate standard and custom client reports
- Undertake platform configuration
- Lead basic client training
- Gather utilization metrics – provide insights and reports as needed
- Produce and update instructional user guides
Qualified Candidates Must Possess
- BA/BS degree – 0-2 yrs experience – upcoming/recent college graduates apply
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally - we'll teach you how to speak to C-level executives as you are willing to work and learn.
