Customer Success Operations Specialist

The CommercialTribe Customer Success Operations Specialist role is a great opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience who is looking to support a team servicing complex enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CS Account Management Team across all accounts – tasks to include, but not limited to:
    • Manage and update user information
    • Generate standard and custom client reports
    • Undertake platform configuration
    • Lead basic client training
    • Gather utilization metrics – provide insights and reports as needed
    • Produce and update instructional user guides

Qualified Candidates Must Possess

  • BA/BS degree – 0-2 yrs experience – upcoming/recent college graduates apply
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally - we'll teach you how to speak to C-level executives as you are willing to work and learn.
  • Self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Local to Greater Denver
