Job Description:

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing SearchSpring customers. Your main responsibility will be to make sure each and every SearchSpring customer is getting the attention they desire. From integration and billing all the way to enhancing their current implementation of SearchSpring.

Your knowledge of web technology combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how existing customers grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade customers to embrace new and existing SearchSpring capabilities. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you gain access to decision makers, winning them over with your charisma and rich technical knowledge. You anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our customers. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how site search improves shopper satisfaction and the merchant’s bottom line.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and drive the implementation process of SearchSpring for the merchant.
  • Work with existing merchants to extend their SearchSpring implementation and usage.
  • Analyze customer needs, identifying opportunities for improved user experience and conversion for our clients.
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and a technical level.
  • Develop and provide custom presentations to customers to solve their business problems.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or Communication. In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience.
  • 2 years account management or sales experience in Technology, or experience managing technology vendors in an E-Commerce department

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with merchandising and/or marketing within the E-Commerce space
  • Previous experience with creative problem solving for a digital agency
  • Able to work independently, while being a true team player
  • Confident, competitive, thorough, flexible, and tenacious
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
