Job Description

Mobile solutions have an exciting career opening for a Customer Success Manager! This individual will manage and schedule medium and large software implementations and trainings for clients. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working with various teams within Mobile Solutions, including marketing, implementation, account management, and leadership to deliver projects to the client on time and should be adept at reacting quickly to changing priorities while doing so. Additional responsibilities may include research activities in support of new product development, fostering continuous process improvement through analysis and coordinating development. The ideal candidate will be an expert at managing cross-function teams while navigating the entire software development life cycle.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage software development migration process from old platform to new platform
  • Coordinate with implementation, marketing, account management, and leadership teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of product and services to clients
  • Schedule trainings and manage data input in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to simplify complicated processes and teach new applications and software to clients and internal employees

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project manager with Software development experience is a plus!
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment with superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • This is a client facing role, so the ideal candidate will have strong experience with building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including advanced Excel Skills
  • Must have the ability to wear multiple hats, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills

Our office is located on prime real estate, right next to Top Golf in Centennial. The office is easily accessible via RTD bus and rail transit system.
