Energy Acuity is looking for a Customer Success Manager responsible for impacting customer satisfaction and retention rates. This role directly interfaces with a diverse client base focused in the renewable energy and smart grid space.

 

The ideal candidate must be a polished communicator, organized, able to juggle multiple projects, and possess a natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service.


What you’ll do:

·Develop new and creative ways to improve user engagement and retention

·Address client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner

·Conduct live web presentations/tutorials of EA platform to industry professionals

·Convey best practice examples that drive subscriber ROI

·Provide data driven recommendations to increase key user metrics

·Develop a proficiency in power generation and delivery

·Become an expert on Energy Acuity services

What we’re looking for:

·Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and resolve problems independently

·Impeccable listening skills and eagerness to learn

·Great on the phone, and communicate effectively with email

·Strong business and analytical skills

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, SalesForce and/or SQL is a huge plus

·Degree in business related field strongly preferred

·1+ year of experience in account management, customer service or related role
