Customer Success Manager
Video is the Future. With 1.6 Billion monthly users (and growing +50% per year,) YouTube is the future of video content marketing, and brands are racing to take advantage. YouTube is the second largest search engine on the web (behind parent Google,) and increasingly the go-to place for everything from how-to to product reviews, to entertainment.
Brite Content is a fast growing Boulder startup building next-generation marketing automation software for video marketing. Brite helps our customers use video to power awareness, engagement and revenue.
The Brite Customer Success team works with customers to help them successfully deploy and use Brite’s software. In this role, you develop a deep understanding of Brite’s technology and then use that knowledge, as well as your interpersonal skills, to ensure our customers’ success.
This role requires a stellar combination of client relationship skills and an understanding of the digital marketing. This role manages client accounts, constantly working to help them achieve success through Brite’s software.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to work with a serial successful startup team that has built, scaled and exited several software companies. We work hard and have a great time doing it.
// What you’ll be doing:
Customer Success Management
Optimize and manage client video performance marketing campaigns using Brite software
Lead weekly client update calls
Gather information from Customers in order to develop detailed strategy plans for each individual account
Work closely with Sales and Operations to expand customer relationships, and with Engineering to provide input on how to improve product based on real-world experience

2-3 years professional experience
A strong understanding of analytics and spreadsheet magic
Strong project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward
BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Engineering or English
