Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of professional work experience
Experience with managing daily work load with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in an ambiguous environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Duties
Pre-event Logistics
Assist with event research and logistics
Validate listings are available
Venue Management
Assist with updating venue information (i.e. pricing) on internal systems
Supporting our Listing Partners and their listing needs
Transaction Logistics
Work with Sales team to ensure seamless hand-off
Upload/Update sales information into online system(s)
Process Payments
Update outdated credit card information
Obtain late/missing payments
Manage invoices
Administrative Support
Management of Order Dashboard
Catering
Ticket distribution
Scan Documents/Contracts
Create FedEx Labels as needed
Oversee Game Day Experience
Create event reminders for clients/guests
Assist with event details
Pre/during/post event
Post-Event Logistics
Touch base with clients post event with email
Provide final catering receipts
Handle any post event issues in a swift, professional and calm manner
Other Misc. Responsibilities
Check processing and maintaining record in Salesforce
Client refund processing
Office Depot/office supplies
Ticket safe inventory
Pardot: maintain record of Client Services emails that go out to clients
Relevant Experience & Skills:
Hospitality/Customer Service Experience: Familiar with proper ways to provide a high level customer service exceeding expectations.
Professionalism: The ability to appropriately interact and communicate with high level executive men and women across diverse fields of work.
Attention to Detail: Highly focused on the details required to provide all pre-event planning needs.
Communication: Comfortable conversing and fielding all forms of communication from clients, guests and concierges before, during and after events.
Multi-Tasking: Capable of staying focused on many different responsibilities so that the guest experience is a smooth one from start to finish.
Software skills: Salesforce, basic Excel, Pardot
