The FareHarbor Onboarding team is looking for adventure-loving, hard-working, outgoing people who are comfortable with technology in our Denver, CO office.
The ideal candidate is:- Comfortable multi-tasking, and prioritizing different projects.
- Able to work closely and effectively with others.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Quick moving with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management software.
- Experience working in customer service.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Work within the software to meet the needs of different businesses.
- Schedule and perform training sessions for clients.
- Integrate software with client websites.
- Become an expert FareHarbor user and stay on top of all new feature releases.
- Communicate across teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide valuable feedback to the development team
- Help develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures.
