The HomeAdvisor Recruiting team needs your help! With organizational growth on the horizon, we have an exciting opportunity open for a Corporate Recruiter. Our Recruiters are the face of HomeAdvisor, so it's our responsibility to explain our product and company culture, build great relationships, and provide top-notch customer service to all our clients, both internal and external. We're looking for a self-motivated teammate who understands and believes in the impact a good recruiting team can have on a business's success.

How we'll keep you busy:
- Digging up candidates for Inside Sales and Customer Service in both the obvious and less obvious places - you'll be responsible for internet/database sourcing, targeting networking events and local colleges and universities, attending job fairs, etc. to find the right candidates.
- Building business partnerships with internal hiring managers to understand their departments and needs, and to facilitate talent screening and selection.
- Conducting introductory calls, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and pass qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Assisting in new hire on-boarding processes.

Additional responsibilities include:
Utilizing recruiting tools and presentation skills to source, cold call, and pre-screen top-performing applicants on an aggressive weekly timeline to meet our hiring requirements.
Scheduling, screening and conducting face to face interviews with multiple applicants each week.
Quickly developing an understanding of success metrics as they relate to managing an applicant pipeline.
Building business partnerships with the client to facilitate the talent acquisition screening, selection and forecasting process.
Update weekly reports and our on-line applicant tracking system
Additional HR duties to include paperwork and new hire orientation on a rotating basis.

A little more about us:
- HomeAdvisor is an online marketplace connecting homeowners to pre-screened home improvement specialists in their areas. We've been around for 16 years, and have been named a Top Workplace by the Denver Post in 2013, 2014, and 2015, and we were named the largest digital tech employer in Colorado by Built In Colorado in 2014.
- Our team is small and mighty - we support 1000+ employees in the US. We are passionate about our work, and strive to be experts in our field. We love to learn, and will do what we can to teach you, support you, and challenge you.
- What you're contributing every day far outweighs everything else. We know not everyone is productive in exactly the same way. That being said, we work hard, but we have a great time while we do it: a good sense of humor is required.

What we'll be looking for in the ideal candidate:
Between 1-4 years of current full lifecycle high volume recruiting. At least 1 year recruiting for call center recruiting, and agency setting is preferred. Must have prior experience with applicant tracking systems and BOTH internet and database sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person, and electronic communications.
Strong computer aptitude, with strong knowledge around the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, internet searching, and web-based applications, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly.
A go-getter mentality, with a professional, positive, energetic attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to go above and beyond given project parameters.
The ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, to keep the information organized, and to learn on the fly to keep up with the lightning speed of our environment.
An exceptional work ethic as well as a commitment to top-notch customer service, follow-through, and professionalism.

This is a full-time opportunity to join our team, requiring on-site work in our Denver West (Golden) headquarters. All candidates must be eligible to work for any US-based employer without sponsorship.

We hire smart, talented, driven people every day: this is your chance to knock our socks off. Want a shot? Send us your resume to get the ball rolling.
