The Server team is responsible for developing cutting edge enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience writing Node.js solutions and have the ability to teach and mentor teammates these capabilities.
This role will be an initial three-month contract with opportunity to extend or become full-time.
Software Engineer, Contract developer will join a team of highly passionate software developers responsible for the user interfaces of our products, which are built using Node.js.
Coordinate development activities with team members.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience developing software.
- Strong working knowledge of Node.js
- Familiarity with HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and listening skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal direction and guidance.
- Ability to quickly identify and acquire information necessary for solving problems.
Valued Skills:
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with third party component libraries, such as Telerik, MindFusion or SyncFusion.
- Demonstrated excellence in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Experience using Subversion or equivalent SCM.
- Automated testing experiencing using QUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or other testing frameworks.
