EMS Software is looking for a full-time Content Marketing Manager. Reporting to our Director of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in defining the content strategy and in how, where, when, and to whom content is delivered. This includes planning, drafting, calendaring, and executing our end-to-end content strategy. If you are someone who can translate the technical and the obscure into an enticing product story, we should talk. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with strong writing skills, creative flair, and the ability to tightly manage project details and delivery from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Own the EMS content strategy, as well as our editorial calendar for internal and external marketing efforts
  • Write or supervise the development of informative, value-driven content for marketing campaigns, our annual user conference, and ongoing social, blog, and online postings
  • Assist with developing messaging, promotional materials, and sales collateral to expand our product footprint and support progression along the buyer’s journey
  • Help strategize and direct creative new marketing assets and campaigns
  • Reinforce the EMS brand and provide a consistent voice in all company content
  • Track and report on our many campaigns, projects and assets and ensure that the entire team and our contract resources are on time and on task
  • Work with our customer base to draft case studies and customer success stories and to collect and disseminate customer quotes and testimonials
  • Develop subject matter expertise on our products and an ability to communicate that knowledge to customers, prospective customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of our tactical buyer and user personas
Qualifications
  • 3 – 5 years of B2B content marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Excel) to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and previous experience with metrics reporting
  • Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills, especially with highly technical topics
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a diverse marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
