As our Consumer Marketing Manager based in our Broomfield, CO, you will utilize your skill set in marketing, project management, planning, execution, and reporting in this highly visible role. You are self-motivated, plan proactively, communicate effectively, and develop/maintain collaborative relationships. You will work cross-functionally to develop target audiences, positioning, voice, and segment specific messaging, while innovating best practices for the Consumer Marketing organization.

Candidates presenting the ability to strategize and project manage across a wide variety of consumer marketing channels will be strongly considered, especially those who have demonstrated experience working in Retail, E-Commerce, and/or Technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all retail and online merchandising
• Manages all retail media buys and promotional messaging
• Oversees all retail marketing campaign development and creative requests
• Participates in overall advertising campaign creative strategy development process
• Gathers retailer reporting and synthesizes it for use across the Sales, Marketing, and Product organizations
• Manages interactive Field Sales training strategy and content development
• Attends retailer meetings/trainings, staying current on all partner initiatives and growth opportunities
• Partners cross-functionally to ensure optimal channel performance for Webroot and our retail partners
