 SendGrid is hiring for our wonderfully cheery Compliance team. Daily, you will be saving the world from spam, offering solutions to customers with email delivery problems, identifying internal technical issues, and developing programs or tools to help with any tedious obstacles.

If you are tired of working the Genius Bar or offering technical support with no upward mobility, SendGrid could be your answer.

What You'll Do
  • You will work weekends and some weekdays to monitor multiple sources of data and take action to warn, educate, suspend or ban customers that warrant it
  • Saving the world from spammers, specifically helping SendGrid identify senders causing damage to our reputation
  • Provide world-class customer service with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Discerning malicious emailers from ignorant senders that need coaching and education
  • Daily checks and monitoring reports to identify spam and rising trends
  • Challenging work environment where you are expected produce ideas which will help shape the company
  • Creative problem solving for catching spammers

  • Experience with coding and developing yourself tools in languages such as Ruby, Python, etc

  • You’re the “go to” person for technical issues and you enjoy working with people
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Technical background or aptitude
