Client Success Manager, Surveys and Consumer Research
Ibotta is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) of Surveys and Consumer Research to join its rapidly growing and dynamic company in Denver, CO. Ibotta believes its people are its most important asset, and as the CSM of Surveys and Consumer Research you will be responsible for developing and managing the success of Ibotta’s dynamic survey business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales development and client service calls to generate demand for Ibotta surveys and research products
- Collaborate with sales to test new products, and educate broader sales team on how to build demand for existing and new products
- Co-create sales collateral (PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, sales memos) to support outbound sales efforts.
- Develop go-to-market strategy for bringing finalized products to market
- Establish account management plan to support expanding survey business
- Remain in tune with clients’ evolving needs and Ibotta’s product roadmap by working closely with all stakeholders
- Identify limitations in current/future survey offerings based on input from clients and collaborate with Ibottalytics product team to scope scalable solutions
- When necessary, assist and facilitate research to support survey deliverables
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in Business Management or other applicable field
- 5+ years of account management experience in market research industry
- Experience managing projects directly with clients and upselling solutions
- Strong communication skills
