Client Services Director - Boulder, CO

Amplio Digital is searching for a Client Services Director to lead a growing team of Client Service Managers servicing our paid media and Amazon accounts. The Client Services Director will be primarily responsible for managing a team of Client Service Managers and Coordinators to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded. Success will be measured on achieving client goals (online sales growth & profitability, brand presence), client retention, and effective utilization of team resources. The role requires the ability to independently analyze a business, develop the path to achieve client goals, and assign and manage resources to ensure delivery of results. To be successful, the candidate must have the flexibility to thrive in an exponentially growing business, while also instituting the process, structure, and training to ensure results are repeatable and resources can be scaled. Additional responsibilities include the upsell and cross-sell of Amplio Digital services, expansion of our service offerings, and supporting business development and sales efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline.

In this role, you will have frequent interaction with client senior leadership and be exposed to a broad range of business situations and functional areas, and experience the interdependency of decision making in the changing world of Retail and Digital Marketing.

 Detailed Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery, account strategy and client deliverables for multiple account management teams

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by managing client expectations and delivering results

• Handle advanced and nuanced client deliverables such as contract negotiations and consulting services

• Support Account Managers in monthly reporting reviews and progress calls with clients

• Assist with establishing and enforcing team-wide SOPs

• Improve performance tracking and reporting functions with a focus towards automation

• Balance Manager, Coordinator and Specialist utilization rates

• Manage revenue per client and hourly pacing per client across a book of business

• Oversee and manage above the line P&L (Gross Margin) for your teams in support of company-wide targets

• Effectively lead your team through formalized training, career development, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans

• Define and scope team hiring needs from both a budgeting and skills requirements standpoint

• Actively support broader company recruiting efforts

• Assist with cross-sell, upsell and new business sales efforts, including signing off on all SOW's for new business

• Serve as an ‘E-Commerce and Marketing Expert’ for current and prospective clients, and internally for your team and across divisions of Amplio Digital 

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in related field

• 5-7 years of experience with online retail either directly, or with a digital marketing agency

• Digital marketing experience, including PPC, SEO, Email and content development for a range of clients

• Experienced people manager capable of managing both direct and indirect teams

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong General Business Acumen

• P&L Management experience

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace and dynamic work environment

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics to recommend and drive sound business decisions

• Strong focus on continuous improvement and ability to develop and drive processes to that end

• Proven ability to work independently with demonstrated time management and communication skills

• Ability to scale responsibilities with the growth the of the business
