 Description

The Client Director – PPC role is meant for a PPC wizard who craves working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth. You will lead run some of our largest and fastest growing accounts. You will be responsible for helping Metric Theory develop an enterprise accounts team.

Client & Revenue Oversight
– Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-5 enterprise clients
– Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals
– Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
– Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, marketing goals, and objectives
– Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
– Analyze performance data and KPIs

PPC & Process
– Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
– Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
– Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
– Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
– Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
– Manage the Account Managers & PPC Analysts who will be assisting on your portfolio of clients

Skills/Experience Required
– 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
– 3+ Years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
– Strong data analytics and strategy background, including experience using Google Analytics
– Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
– High-level Excel proficiency
– Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business
– Time management and problem solving skills
– Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
– Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
– An eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team

Ideal Candidate Has
– Directly managed paid search budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend
– Experience using Kenshoo or Marin software
– Experience directly managing both B2B and B2C PPC efforts
– Team management experience
