How you'll make an impact

You'll be responsible for ensuring the US President and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) are organized, effective and focused. You'll run the operational matrix and rhythm of the business. You'll be capable of taking a cross-organization view to help successfully drive the business forward. The right person for this role will be resilient and ego-less. 

What you'll do

  • Work with the US President and VP People and Business Operations to ensure the right operating mechanisms and support is in place for the SLT to successfully execute.
  • You'll support the SLT in preparing strategic and functional business plans, ensuring all plans are closely aligned with global business requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation of strategic decisions and project manage discrete projects as directed by the US President
  • Facilitate and manage actions from day-to-day leadership meetings and planning workshops
  • Travel coordination and booking for the US President and other SLT members as required

What you'll bring with you

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience
  • Enough gravitas to be taken seriously, enough intelligence to be able to act independently, and enough loyalty and willingness to be behind the scenes to be an effective enabler.
  • A reputation for unquestioned integrity
  • Strong facilitation and influential skills and must be an effective change agent
  • A focus on delivering business results
  • A dynamic thinker capable of challenging Senior Leaders when required
  • A self starter with excellent judgement, and good at anticipating situations. Positive and capable of rallying the team together
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
