Channel Marketing Manager

The Rachio Pro team will be focused on delivering innovative channel / marketing solutions to current and new professional partners that driving Rachio growth and ensuring ROI for our partners.
This role will be the marketing lead for programs within our professional channel business. This includes identifying opportunities, building strategies, creating programs and managing the ongoing marketing needs for the channel. The role will serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing for the professional channel as well as key professional channel partners.
Responsibilities- Work closely with our professional channel team to develop marketing strategies to build awareness, engagement and enable sales of the Rachio controller.
- Create, launch and manage marketing programs to support these strategies including advertising, retail displays and collateral, co-marketing, content marketing, and email communications.
- Develop a strong understanding of professional channel needs & how to best position Rachio products in that market.
- Support professional sales programs and initiatives as needed - from collateral to events to CRM activities.
- Be the main day-to-day contact for the professional channel team for needs from marketing, including the creative team.
- 5+ years experience in trade or channel marketing at agency or in-house in B2B or SMB marketing.
- Track record of developing and executing marketing and sales programs that deliver results.
- Strong mix of creativity, analysis and execution to ensure success and drive results.
- Passion for the needs of the customer and the channel.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills. Being a team player is key.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
- Experience in start-up or high growth business - especially technology businesses.
- Experience working with CRM or Marketing/Sales automation platforms.
