Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and support front-end code
• Establish vision for technical solutions for Wayin’s clientele
• Architect technical solutions for large customer campaigns and act as technical lead for those projets
• Evaluate and provide solutions for specific customer challenges
• Work with Account Manager and client to ensure smooth roll-out of your work
• Accurately estimate projects
• Proactively identify competing priorities and work with teammates to resolve and/or escalate
• Attend client and team meetings and give status updates at both
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and interface with Product, Engineering and QA teams, as needed
• Concept technical integrations & deployments for customers outside of Wayin’s core platform capabilities
• Become an expert on Wayin’s industry-leading platforms and how to best use them for our clients’ unique requirements
• Mentor other technical teammates
• Act as a bridge between your team and Wayin’s core Engineering staff
• Manage and track deliverables via Basecamp and Harvest
• Act as an evangelist for Wayin in the local tech community

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Javascript
• Proficient with HTML and CSS
• Passionate about delivering web and mobile solutions for clients
• Must be comfortable building responsive web solutions
• Must have experience testing your own code for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Knowledge of broadcast industry a plus
• Knowledge of APIs a plus
• Comfortable communicating with clients, as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team dynamic
• Strong understanding of the client-facing development cycle (requirements gathering, build, testing, launch)
• Occasional expectation to be available during off-hours for a client event
• Some travel may be required
