 Business Operations Manager
 
The Business Operations Manager will administer the systems and manage the processes that allow Kapost’s Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to deliver the optimal experience to our Customers. Business Operations works closely with leadership and individuals on the operations teams to ensure each has the tools and training to seamlessly achieve their goals.
 
If you are genuinely passionate about:
Partnering with your internal customers to ensure they can provide their customers with what they need efficiently and effectively
Protecting your systems from whatever challenges, attacks, or errors might occur
Providing data-driven insights to inform critical strategic and tactical decisions
Giving input to leadership on best practices for Marketing/Sales/Success processes and keeping up to date on innovations in the field
Breaking down silos and building Business Operations as a true cross-functional, customer-centric practice
 
And you have strengths in:
Salesforce administration
Marketing and/or Sales Ops
Marketing automation
SOQL and Salesforce reporting
SQL and familiarity with relational databases
Cross-departmental coordination
Demonstrating influence without authority
 
And you have 3+ years experience:
Administering a heavily-customized Salesforce instance
Iterating and improving processes in Marketing, Sales, or Success (bonus for experience in more than one function)
Partnering with leadership across functions to deliver a coherent customer experience
Encouraging hygiene and maintaining data integrity while enabling flexibility across a variety of stakeholders entering data
Working with Installed Packages on top of Salesforce and multiple integrations transferring data in and out
Reporting on all aspects of the marketing/sales funnel and customer lifecycle using data in SFDC
 
Then you could join Kapost and continue to build this cutting-edge cross-functional department, moving beyond Marketing/Sales Ops to provide a single, coherent view of Kapost’s customers.
 
Responsibilities:
Administer Kapost’s Salesforce instance maintaining custom fields/objects,  layouts, workflows, Process Builders, and Flows (Apex not required, but nice to have)
Create and maintain reporting in SFDC and Domo (our BI tool. Training in Domo available, some SQL required)
Configure integrations and installed packages on top of Salesforce
Maintain configuration of Marketo (Marketing Automation) - campaign administration not required, but basic understanding of MA concepts a big plus
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to improve their processes and use of tools
Technical training of each team on new processes
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across all systems
