JOB SUMMARY

You will be introducing prospects to Wishlist Rewards, articulating our value proposition, and developing and testing new client engagement strategies. We need a highly motivated, self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a sales team environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Actively make a high volume of outbound calls/emails to targeted prospects
- Identify appropriate contacts to qualify and drive appointments through the sales funnel
- Articulate Wishlist Reward’s product offering in a succinct and compelling way
- Drive engagement and build rapport with target clients
- Manage pipeline of leads and log call/email details using Salesforce
- Ensure a seamless hand off to appropriate team members
- Refine the sales process and tactics to improve conversion rate
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of sales development representative experience consistently exceeding quota
- Self-starter with high integrity
- Receptive to coaching and adaptive to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide solutions for client needs
- Quick learner, detailed oriented, team player
- Superior time management and follow up skills
- Bachelor’s degree
