Hi! I’m Sara. I lead the innovative Partnerships teams at Craftsy and am looking for a new Business Development Manager to join us in this critical work.

This might be the role for you if you want to spend your days:
  • Building a robust pipeline of prospective partner companies across our 16 categories
  • Exploring new channels of growth; creating new products and new distribution channels for Craftsy’s catalog of content
  • Becoming a power user of Salesforce and campaign management tools 
  • Balancing multiple projects in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Developing strong relationships and interacting with internal stakeholders whether creatives, executives or fellow BD team members
  • Demonstrating your passion and skills for solving tough analytical/financial problems
  • Learning about the ins and outs of Craftsy’s business & brand, and our partners' and our criteria for success

You probably have some of these bullets on your resume:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • A strong track record of researching leads, building and managing a robust pipeline, and closing large and complex deals
  • Expertise in Excel and experience with Salesforce
  • A tenacious spirit and the ability to adapt quickly to address objections and overcome barriers
  • Detail orientation with a focus data analysis
  • Polished communication style and experience presenting to C-Suite executives
