Business Analyst - Entry Level
This is a great entry level role for someone who is interested in solving complex technical / data problems, troubleshooting and developing solutions. It requires a unique blend of technical understanding and business skills. Day to day activities will include:
- Determining technical requirements for new web services and B2B integrations
- Writing technical documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, process flows/sequence diagrams and data specifications
- Testing of interfaces across systems and test case configuration
- Set-up of technical projects in our integration automation platform
The Skills and Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, very detail oriented
- Orientation and interest in new technologies, software development, software testing and B2B integration
- Any experience with XML and XSLT and XML tools, B2B Web Services or relational databases is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Energetic, self-starter, interested and willing to learn
- Bachelor Degree
