The OpportunityOur growing Customer Experience Team has an opening for a passionate, experienced customer care specialist to provide support and advice to customers with regard to their bank feed connections within Xero.
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is patient, skilled at explaining things clearly, can pick up new technology easily and who knows what it means to provide world class customer service.
The Bank Feeds Support Specialist role deals directly in helping customers connect their feeds through our integration with Yodlee within Xero. We support more than 4000 bank connections globally via these connections allowing customers to bring in their bank transactions to Xero daily.The role of the Data Entry Administrator is to facilitate the establishment of bank feeds and activate feeds via the Bank Feed Manager.
Based in our modern Denver office, we'll train you thoroughly on the bank feed protocol so you can assist our customers to establish their bank feeds.
What you'll do
- Facilitate the establishment of bank feeds- Activate bank feeds and check the arrival of bank feeds via the Bank Feed Manager.
- Assist in the review, classification and prioritization of customer support bank feed requests received through the online support web-form or directly by email.
- Maintain a high quality of written communication in an agreed style and format.
- Ensure all bank feed application forms are securely filed.

At a minimum, you should have:
- Proven oral and written communication
- Experience in administration
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Diligence and commitment to following through and resolving problems
- Initiative and ability to self manage, flexibility
- Confidence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and some experience with other small business accounting systems
- Ability to build effective relationships
