As an Associate Web Analyst, you are independent, self-motivated, well-organized, and an excellent analytic problem solver. You are collaborative and eager to work in a team environment; therefore, as an integral member of our team you will deliver exceptional analytical output to support key product offerings and drive new deliverable development. This exciting opportunity serves as a key position in the expanding Data Science Department with the goals of enhancing Healthgrades capabilities and opportunities. 

The Associate Web Analyst position is ideal for a self-motivated individual that is passionate about data and has a minimum 2 years of experience with tag implementation, reporting and interpreting data.  If this sounds like you, then we'd love to have you join the Healthgrades Team.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with web analytics implementation and methodologies such as testing, competitive analysis, and market research
  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns, and generate new approaches to reporting
  • Use sound judgment to identify issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Ability to understand and help gather business reporting requirements that meet business needs of internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of web analytics implementation throughout websites and applications, and performing quality checks to ensure tracking and reporting is correct
  • Ability to communicate reporting deliverables with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders within all levels of the organization
  • Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing analytics reports on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis
  • Support Senior Analyst in providing tag implementation requirements to the product managers and technical teams, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Work with technical teams to ensure accuracy of the implementations and data collected
  • Complete projects of varying size and complexity
  • Work with internal stakeholders to report on OKR’s and related metrics for new products, site enhancements, and site redesigns
  • Support Senior Analyst in analysis and providing recommendations to achieve business goals
