Key Responsibilities:
•    Support launch planning, execution, and post-launch surveillance activities.
•   
Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to include new
product releases, industry updates, competitive activities and impacts,
and shifting market landscape dynamics.
•    Collaborate with Sales Management to create and deliver a sales enablement plan.
•    Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies in partnership with Growth Marketing.
•   
Support Content Marketing in the development of customer references,
testimonials and case studies for external and internal use.
•   
Assist LifeCycle Marketing to drive product retention and
upsell/cross-sell strategies and provide administrative support within
Marketo.
•    Perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the Product Team.
•   
Monitor and communicate product performance and the results of related
marketing efforts; recommend and implement additional campaign based on
results.

Experience and Skills:
•    2-3 years of product marketing experience; software experience preferable.
•    Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts.
•    Relationship builder with the ability to impact and influence.
•   
Adaptable self-starter with strong project management skills and
attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
•    Confident and willing to take risks and make smart decisions.
•    Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills.
•    Results oriented with a sense of urgency. Desire to learn, ask questions and challenge conventional thinking.
•    Curiosity to test new ideas, eager to learn, refine and experiment.
•    Comfortable working with multiple software and analytics platforms, such as Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
•    Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
