The Assistant Program Manager drives customer satisfaction by providing support to internal and external customers; works closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely program and launch schedule; and drives the creation of raving fans by serving as a consultant to Customer Success team members. The Assistant Program Manager is involved in a continuous cycle of knowledge accrual and transfer as they move to the next identified focus area as new programs are started and current programs are released.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide domain knowledge to our Customer Success teams and customers
  • Run programs and projects to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and a “wow” experience for our SOX, Audit, and Enterprise Risk customers
  • Work directly with customers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, Product Marketing, and Product Management to solve problems and provide recommended best practices

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Controls Management/SOX, Audit, or Enterprise Risk Management
  • B.A./B.S. degree required
  • Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Ability to communicate customer needs while prioritizing with organizational goals and initiatives
  • Well organized with superb project management and time management skill
