Responsibilities 

Responsible for media managing raw footage and syncing and organizing in 
preparation for the Editor. 

• Be responsible for the logging, syncing and preparation of raw media for handoff to 
editors 
• Work intimately with our Digital Asset Management System and SAN Admin to ensure 
proper transfer and ingestion of all media 
• Receive and interpret paperwork (camera logs, TD reports, scripts) from Production crew 
and relay to editor through well organized project files 
• Complete assembly edits or string outs on occasion 
• Communicate across multiple production roles 
• Source music tracks for approval 
• Support drive management and archival of media 
• Contribute to the creative refinement of our DIT and media management workflows 
• Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, collaborators and managers

Basic Qualifications 

● 1+ years experience in post-production, bonus if you have experience on set 
● Film or Media degree 
● Expertise in Adobe CC Creative Suite 
● Extremely well organized, adaptable, and patient 
● Willingness to travel occasionally
