What We're Looking For:
Strong sense of hospitality, ability to engage with customer interaction to create a positive energy and second home to guests. You enjoy working on a close nit team are a problem solver with the capability to exceed guests expectations. You have a strong understanding of coffee and equipment as well as day-to-day café operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Represent Galvanize and Gather in a professional and hospitable manner, to help maintain a positive company moral.
- Maintain a high level of motivation amongst a team
- Accurately use register system, crafting beverage for guests and announcing orders when they are ready.
- Effectively communicate between other baristas and assistant café manager.
- Support café by communicating when items need to be reordered before items run out.
- Maintain a properly stocked grab and go display.
- Actively engage with guest about satisfaction, concerns and anticipate needs.
- Support in cleanliness of café seating areas, FoH barista space and maintain dishwashing.
- Accurately checking in order and placing invoice in designated spot.
ABOUT YOU:
- Barista and retail experience preferredExceptional and persuasive hospitality skills.
- Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
- Regularly required to lift and / or move items up to 25 pounds.
