We are looking for an Amazon Coordinator to directly support our Client Strategists and enable clients to grow their Amazon business. This position offers hands-on exposure to the world of Amazon, Retail and Digital Marketing, which is rapidly evolving. We are looking for intrinsically motivated candidates that thrive in a self-starter environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Support:

·       Dedicated support to your client accounts, including emphasis on day to day activities, strategy, and overall satisfaction.

·       Facilitate standing progress calls and monthly reporting reviews with clients.

·       Analyze data from Amazon specific Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tactics, such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click advertising (PPC) to enhance client sales.

·       Serve as the Amazon subject matter expert and conduct training to clients.

Process – Practice Improvement:

·       Identify client efficiencies and document process through standard operating procedures.

·       Evaluate and streamline digital marketing tactics, including: email marketing, conversation rate optimization, social media and display advertising.

 

Team Support:

·       Work on shared initiatives with the entire service delivery team (Directors, Managers, Specialists and other Coordinators).

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of Marketing or Business

·       1+ year of relevant work experience required, preferably in retail, digital marketing, operations, e-commerce sales and/or or selling on Amazon

·       Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, including passing an Excel skills assessment

·       Multiple years of experience using Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access)

·       Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)

·       Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem solving

·       Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, including professional client relationships

·       Desire to excel and grow within the organization through personal and professional development
