The Role We are seeking an Admissions Representative to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding team. Your primary responsibility is to manage the entire Admissions process from lead to close. The role of Admissions Representative at Galvanize is crucial as the Admissions team is responsible for ensuring each potential student understands what it takes to be successful in a Galvanize course. A potential students’ first point of contact with Galvanize must be a positive experience and the Admissions Representative is responsible for hitting weekly and monthly enrollment targets while ensuring that every candidate enrolled has the necessary requirements to be successful in the program. THE RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students efficiently 
    • Implementing and sticking to a contact strategy and prioritizing leads
    • Understanding a students needs and tailoring a conversation to answer questions and council on the available potential solutions and Galvanize's educational offerings
    • Own targets and manage a robust student pipeline; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basisInterview prospective students to ensure that their qualifications and goals are a match for our programs
    • Counsel prospective students on understanding the value of and commitment to a Galvanize educational program - you're going the help them make a big life change! 
REQUIREMENTS:
    • Proven experience in Consultative Sales or Recruiting
    • The ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way
    • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally
    • Driven by meeting numbers and has experience exceeding quotas
    • Ability to tie an individual’s wants and needs into a logical solution
    • Exceptional closing skills while still remaining welcome, understanding, and empathetic
    • Confidence pitching in both 1:1 and 1:many situations
    • Strong cold-calling experience a plus4-year 
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
