SUMMARY
The Administrative Support Associate is responsible for assisting the underwriting department with application submission, monitoring, data entry and communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:

  • Understand and demonstrate the principles of AUTOPAY’s Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to Loan Champions to facilitate the processing of loans. Communicate as needed with colleagues to obtain information to complete applications for submission.
  • Track and enter data regarding approvals, counters and declines.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Record information on customer applications with highest levels of accuracy, notating any changes to accounts in LOS.
  • Work independently and as a team member while using discretion in decision-making. Utilize sound judgment in resolving problems.
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of general office or customer service experience.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office, be dependable and detailed-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
