What We Need

The Administrative & Marketing Assistant will be personal assistant to the CEO and President with projects and tasks as needed. This role requires that you are highly organized, proactively take on and handle many tasks at once, are not easily overwhelmed, and are comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management and staff. The candidate should also have passion and talent in marketing and will be executing ShaleApps, and its sister company Hillstone Environmental Partner’s marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and schedule administrative duties (travel, calendars, meetings, copies, filing paper/electronic, emails etc) of the President, and CEO.
  • Work with the strategy team to develop and execute marketing strategy
  • Assist in administrative duties of their Executive Team when necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, work sessions and conferences
  • Ensure office operations are maintained by managing equipment, providers, supplies, vendors
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned

 What You Have

  • 2-4 years of related professional experience across administrative assistant, and marketing knowledge and skills for B2B companies
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Go-getter personality with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, proactively take initiative, and multitask
  • Strong desire to grow, develop professionally, and advance a career in marketing
