The Ad Ops QA & Tech Support Specialist supports Adtaxi’s advertising efforts by providing quality assurance across all client campaigns, troubleshooting campaign issues across programmatic, search and social channels, and providing technical support to our leadership and product teams for new advertising initiatives and operational tools.
The QA & Tech Support role is critical in helping Adtaxi to drive continued revenue growth, and ensuring we stay at the cutting edge of digital advertising technology. We’re looking for self-starters with a great attitude, who are willing to think outside the box to find ways to raise the bar on campaign performance.
What You Will Be Doing:
Provide technical support to Adtaxi’s programmatic, search and social teams for all campaigns, including assistance with Google Analytics discrepancies, tracking tagging issues, creative troubleshooting, etc.
Manage implementation of more complex campaign elements for strategic campaigns, including advanced container tag set up, etc.
Work collaboratively with departmental leads to develop solutions that will improve our operational efficiency, campaign management tools and processes.
Test new products and vendors to ensure they meet Adtaxi's operational requirements, and work with the AdTaxi product team to ensure new products are thoroughly vetted for operational use.
Providing training on new and existing products for all Adtaxi operations teams.
Continually refine our QA processes and tools to ensure the highest quality of campaign management across all channels.
Analyze and interpret data trends across all ad platforms, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
Create clear usage guidelines for new products/vendors and train members of the operations team.
3 – 5 years managing digital advertising tools
AdWords certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools
Agency experience or experience working with multiple direct response advertiser accounts
Proficiency with troubleshooting ad tags
Familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Tableau is a plus
Python is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a strong attention to detail
Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
Proficiency in Excel
Strong quantitative skills
