Account Manager, Programmatic Operations

We are searching for an exceptional Account Manager for our programmatic team at our headquarters in Westminster, Colorado. The programmatic team is responsible for scaling our global programmatic business. This individual will be responsible for managing their account portfolio which includes Demand-Side-Platform (DSP) partners and Agency Trading Desks (ATD), and is the go-to resource both internally and externally for all operational inquiries. As such, passion, adaptability and strong initiative are table stakes for success in the role.
Making An Immediate Impact:
- Works with our DSP accounts, acting as a consultant to maximize spend, delivery, performance and assist in technical troubleshooting
- Develop strong relationships, provide outstanding customer service and building a partnership with the client through the life-cycle of the account
- Work closely with Account Coordinator on reporting needs, technical tickets, and other daily tasks
- Educate internal teams on programmatic work-flow and host internal trainings
- Uncover product solutions, marketing opportunities, and facilitate these initiatives internally
- Educate clients on best practices specific to the SpotX Marketplace to help drive more spend and improve performance
- Lead quarterly business reviews and Lunch & Learns with top tier accounts and new DSP's
- Effectively communicate detailed learning's/client feedback to internal departments, and senior management teams
- Analyze daily spend and performance across accounts and report discrepancies or opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Supply, and Media Planning teams to ensure the success of campaign delivery
Needed SpotX'er talents:
- BA/BS from an accredited 4- year college
- 2-4 years of experience in the digital space working with DSP's/SSP's, networks, publishers, and/or exchange platforms
- Must have a strong understanding of the ad-tech industry as a whole
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, technical environment
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau experience is a plus
