Account Manager
You will be joining our quickly growing, social advertising team to help build out Metric Theory’s next great offering. Working within our collaborative team format, you will execute work on live efforts under the guidance of seasoned industry vets. You will begin to take on new clients in month 1.
Responsibilities
– Define, monitor, and analyze client’s KPIs.
– Actively test and analyze audiences, advertising creative, landing pages and placement to drive results in line with client’s goals.
– Follow industry trends, contribute to our agency blog, and help train our campaign management team.
– Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients
– Drive effective client services and client relationships with accurate and timely performance communication
– Develop and maintain & relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
– Liaise with other channels
Skills/Experience Required
– 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
– Passion and dedication to your clients & company
– Strong interpersonal communication skills – in writing and verbally
– Proven track-record of problem-solving
– At least 1 year of paid social advertising management, additional experience a plus
– Strong proficiency in Excel
