Candidate Profile

We are looking for an outside sales & business development professional with strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.

You will be responsible for proactively seeking new large clients and partnerships in existing and undeveloped market segments.  You will be prospecting daily, building your client base to increase overall company revenue and growth while effectively interfacing with multiple departments internally to drive new customer loyalty and retention.  Your success will be based on the ability to bring new clients to the Hotel Engine platform. While building relationships are key, there is a strong focus on attention to detail and time management which are essential skills for this role. Prior experience in B2B sales and account management is required.

Responsibilities:

·         Target and close FORT 1000 companies across North America

·         Establish revenue share partnerships with large organizations, universities, and non-profits

·         Establish revenue share partnerships with 3rd party benefits providers

·         Provide online demos to prospects and existing customers

·         Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your portfolio

·         Identify opportunities to upsell your portfolio

·         Build long-lasting relationships with clients, and challenge them to use Hotel Engine exclusively for hotel bookings.

 

 

Requirements:

·         2 years’ experience in Outside B2B sales

·         A hunger and passion for helping businesses improve their corporate travel and employee perk programs

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail

·         Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Self-starter and self-motivated

·         BA/BS degree
