Balancing the role of a mom and entrepreneur, Kristin Golliher, Founder and CEO of WildRock Public Relations & Marketing, announces big changes for the agency that opened its doors in 2012. Alicia Beard will take on the role of Partner and President and two new employees, Kristin Mastre, Social Media Specialist, and Annika Deming, Client Support Manager, will round out the team to eight.
This woman-owned business has positioned itself for growth by focusing on culture and partnerships with well-known brands locally and nationally. After making the corporate leap from OtterBox, Golliher has been intentional in building a rockstar team, while also balancing the demands of motherhood.
“As our first employee, Alicia has been on the WildRock journey with me since the beginning and is without question my right-hand woman,” said Golliher. “Our partnership is based on deep trust, respect and a shared vision for the company. We are at such an exciting point and look forward to continuing to elevate the world of PR and marketing with our incredible team.”
Founder of Experience Fort Collins and Four Course Marketing, Kristin Mastre, comes to WildRock with more than 12 years of journalism and social media marketing expertise. Mastre’s consultant background will allow her to hit the ground running with social media strategy and creative content for a variety of clients in her role as Social Media Specialist.
Previously a Communications Manager at the Connecticut Convention Center and Visit Tacoma, Annika Deming will also join the WildRock team, bringing over five years of experience. Deming’s main focus in her role as Client Support Manager will be with managing strategic client relationships, media relations efforts locally and nationally, as well as exercising her graphic design capabilities.
WildRock has won 17 awards, picking up six new Public Relations Society of America Gold Pick Awards earlier this year. With new staff coming onboard, WildRock has been wrapping up an office remodel including a revised layout, sit-stand desks, new carpet, fresh paint and more.
